A Framework for Mass Collaboration (First Tentative Steps)
We have written much about mass collaboration in its various flavors – co-creation, social business, crowdsourcing, peer production etc. (We like to call it Mass Collaboration)
There is lots of great work discussing why crowdsourcing happens, or who has done a great job of it. And there is much discussions about what it will mean for traditional versus new organizations.
But we wanted something we could use to help our clients and portfolio companies. A way to evaluate what we are doing.
We took a first pass at a framework.
And now we need your help to make it useful. So, we set up Colaboratorie.org.
